About Auto-Roller Certificate of Conformity
What is an Auto-Roller Certificate of Conformity (Auto-Roller COC)?
The Auto-Roller Certificate of Conformity or Auto-Roller COC is an official manufacturer's certificate that certifies and proves that your Auto-Roller vehicle complies with European Union (EU) standards. This COC contains all the information required for registration, including:
- Chassis number (VIN)
- Vehicle category, weight, number of seats, color, version
- CO2 emissions
- Engine power, transmission type and maximum speed
- Fuel consumption, engine capacity and noise level
The Auto-Roller European Certificate of Conformity contains more than 52 technical specifications required by the European Union to facilitate the registration of a vehicle.
Why do you need the Auto-Roller COC?
This document is mandatory for the first-time registration of a new vehicle, or for importing or exporting your vehicle to or from the European Union. Government agencies require motorists to provide this document as proof of vehicle approval. Each Auto-Roller COC is issued by the Auto-Roller approval department.
New Auto-Roller vehicles normally come with a certificate of conformity free of charge. For a used Auto-Roller or if the COC has been lost, it is necessary to order a duplicate Auto-Roller COC.
The Auto-Roller Certificate of Conformity is mandatory for:
- Importing an Auto-Roller into an EU country, Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom
- Exporting an Auto-Roller to another EU member state
- Registering an Auto-Roller in another European country
- Correcting your Auto-Roller registration certificate
